INITIAL CONVERSATION
We begin be getting to know you and your specific needs and wants for your sign. From there, we can come up with some ideas and a rough sketch.
CNC PLASMA CUTTING
Once you have approved the design we create a program to cut your sign on our CNC plasma table.
CLEANING & PAINTING
After any supports or bracing has been welded onto the sign, we then clean, sandblast, prime, and paint the sign.
DESIGN
After an initial conversation, we take those ideas and, using the latest Enroute CAD software, we create a line drawing of your sign.
BRACING & ADD-ONS
If your sign is going to be placed outside, we put bracing on the back side to strengthen the sign. Depending on your specific needs we also can custom build legs or other mounting/installation brackets.
